Actually, due to my job and my responsibilities I must be a good time manager. As a matter of fact I am a marketing manager in a pharmaceutical company and I should have a plan for my stuffs as well. I have designed a time table for each one and determined their tasks and a deadline for each task. For example if we want to implement a marketing plan at first we are thinking about our goals and deadlines then we try to build up an effective schedule with dedicated time blocks then regarding to this schedule, we put our stuffs through this plan considering their abilities and their job titles and keep them under close evaluation in order to meet their deadlines. So not only I should stick to my time management plans but also I should keep my stuff under observation to be loyal to their time tables and help them to manage their time more effectively. And I never forget they consider me as a leader as you may know "leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It's about one life influencing another".

Time management has an effective role in my progress in life. I observe the RAC (Record, Analyze, Change) exactly in every plan of my life. I should say that I write anything about my programming in a paper. I think by writing I can be more concentrated on to have better schedule. If I want to speak about my time management more precisely I should beckon on some levels:

  1. Firstly, I write all my tasks in a paper. After that, I go to prioritize them based on their value in my future. I can title this level diving in. I have experienced this level is very important in time management. When you procrastinate some efficient tasks in your programing, certainly it will be noxious for you.
  2. Secondly, I go to declutter the designated task from prior level. I arrange my time for a week. I assign a little of my time for some other tasks with lower priority.
  3. Thirdly, there are a lot of unforeseen tasks in each work that I should arrange them in my programming. I think such tasks happen in anyone’s life and you cannot do anything with them.
  4. Finally, at the weekend, I analyze my performance during the week and I try to eliminate time wasters in my schedule.   

Eventually, I should say that, without managing my time I cannot do my tasks in their best status. By programming, I can diminish my stress and anxiety about my tasks.

Actually I am not a good time manager but this situation easily will be changed when I have an exam

I think in general, women are better time manager than mans because based to stereotypes, wrong traditional and cultural norms, it has been idea that women have responsibility for care and domestic affairs or in the other hand “unpaid work”. Therefore women force to learn how to manage their limited time.

Nowadays we have seen women work likes mans and do domestic works too and this impossible without time management.
