Hi again. The word "help" has different meanings or "senses". In most dictionaries you'll see the senses for each word listed numerically.

In the sentence "so how can i get some psychic help?" the meaning of "help" (according to the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, sixth edition) is: 

[uncountable]   advice, treatment, information, or money which is given to people who need it.
