What is the major obstacle to any positive change in your life?

The major abstacle to any positive change in my life is simple.It is me and how I see this issue and how I will deal with that.At first I have to accept the change instead of denying or blaming something or someone, I think this is the most difficult part.Then I must face up to the fact that I may have to change the way that I do things.So the real change should occurs from inside to adapt me to the new situation.obviously it is not easy to make change to your routine life.It is very important to analyse the situation carefuly befor doing anything then I must have a percise plan for move on this situation.And at last with hope and persistance you can achieve whatever you want.Bear in mind "No pain no gain"

My question is:How could Haw help Ham in this story?

Do you  thing something has been missed in this story?

Hello and welcome.
First line: simple. (space)
Your consistent error: Consider a space among sentences.
so the real change should occurs --> occur
adapt me --> adapt myself
obviously it is not easy --> Obviously (Capital O)
precise plan for move --> moving (gerund)
persistance --> persistence
no pain, no gain. --> put a period or dot.
Your question: I think his name was Hem.
My question:How --> consinder a space.
something has been missed: you are talking about a story in the past, so you should use simple past tense.

In my opinion, everybody looks for positive change in his/her life to promote the quality of life. Most of them will be defeated in this way, although a few will attain. And this can be originated from several reasons:

  1. The most important one is inner intention. The majority of positive changes that people want to make in their life originate from temporary emotions. Therefore, such changes cannot be executed. We should know that making positive change is really tough. But it is feasible.
  2. The next one is surrounding. Most of us decide to great changes in inappropriate environment.

Finally, I want to say that change is inevitable in every body’s life and it is a constant phenomenon. So, we should change ourselves for the best decisions.

My question: How could scrutinize the effect of friends on positive changes?

Hello.
Looks for postive changes
a few will be attained
. But it is feasible ==> , but it is feasible.
surrounding: surroundings
decide to great changes: decide on great changes
inappropriate environment with S
every body's life --> everybody's life
your question: the sentences does not have any subject.
