In Iran's law the man doesn't any right. Beacause it's issue compeletely with woman's health, so she herself only has the right of decision.

If the abortion is done involuntarily and spontaneously, there is no serious physical effects. But the deliberate abortion of the fetus has risk for health of the mother.
